Production processes

1. Cutting & Grinding

Precision slicing, grinding and shaping of raw optical glass blocks into blanks.

2. Lapping & Fine Polishing

State-of-the-art grinding and polishing techniques to achieve nanometer-level surface roughness and precise shape tolerances.

3. Centering & Edging

Ensuring perfect alignment of the optical axis with the mechanical diameter (centering tolerances up to up to 0,002 mm).

4. Optical Coatings (Outsourced Specialty)

To provide complete, ready-to-use optical components, we collaborate with trusted and certified European partners specializing in advanced thin-film coatings (AR, BBAR, reflective, and custom coatings).

5. Cementing & Assembly

Precision cementing of doublets and triplets, and assembly of complex optical systems like objectives and objective lenses.

6. Quality Metrology & Inspection

100% rigorous quality inspection. Every shipment is accompanied by detailed quality inspection protocols under ISO 9001:2015.
